  • Dune – A classic. Fun read, but was bummed about the last sentence…
  • Daily Rituals: How Artists Work by Mason Currey – If you were ever curious about the daily routines of famous people, this is for you. It’s super funny and cute!
  • Calling for a Blanket Dance by Oscar Hokeah – This book give such wonderful context around the indigenous experience and traditions
  • The China Study: the most comprehensive study of nutrition ever conducted and the startling implications for diet, weight loss and long-term health – reading in progress
  • Toxin Toxout by Bruce Lourie and Rick Smith – Toxin Toxout made me aware of my interaction with everyday products
  • The Complete Leaky Gut Health & Diet Guide – Great info on what makes a successful probiotic
  • The River of Consciousness by Oliver Sacks – Oliver Sacks is clearly a genius. I love how he draws information from many disciplines to weave a theory on how we experience fluid forms of consciousness.
  • The Righteous Mind Why Good People are Divided by Politics and Religion by Jonathan Haidt – Social science backing philosophy – a great way to frame contemporary politics too.
  • Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman -Comprehensive overview of classical social psych discourse. Fun for the “Do we have free will?” brain teaser.
